Shaddan Group was established in Abu Dubai in the year 1996 and later on opened Shaddan painting at Dubai in the year 2000 then Shaddan painting center in the year 2007 Muroor road in Abu Dhabi and Shaddan work in Al Ain city in 2008.

This group has the following four divisions:

• Decorative and Painting Works – Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Al Ain.
• Shaddan Trading Division – Abu Dhabi
• Industrial Coating and Concrete Treatment work – Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Al Ain.
